If you believe that love IS love, read on. Madie and Andrew met 10 years ago at a YMCA Special Olympics basketball practice. They became fast friends on the court that day.
Four years later, Madie was diagnosed with a rare brain disease called Moyamoya. After the first of her three brain surgeries, Andrew confessed that he had been smitten with her from day one.
After nearly five years of dating, Andrew proposed to Madie during Zumba class at the same YMCA where they met in front of family, friends, and the entire Zumba class! A local news channel filmed the proposal and it garnered attention nationally.
We want to help Madie's dream wedding come true. Money raised here will go towards the many expenses that come with every wedding, such as venue, photos, music, etc.
Madie's mom is a single parent who wants nothing more than to give her daughter the fairy tale wedding every daughter deserves.
