Hello everyone, on Dec.1, 2025 our house of 24 years was destroyed due to fire. Our loss (mom, my wife and myself) is complete and total. We did manage to save one our cats and our dog but unfortunatly we were unable to save our oldest cat. He was 18 and just like our son. We miss him emensly. We were only able to leave the house with literally the clothes on our backs. We now are homeless and we are told to expect at the least 2 years for a rebuild. Now we need to pay for both rent of a furnished place and and the morgage on our house. As we are all three on a very limited income this is going to be next to impossible to meet. And having to purchase clothing and every other personal items we are facing an enormous burden and unsure of the next hurrdle that is ahead.
