Hello - My name is Napoleon! *Boing Boing Boing*
I've been the lop-earred bunny that my Momma (Shelby) and Pop-pop (Garlon) have surely been telling you about. In the last two years, I’ve been a good boy emotionally supporting Momma during her time in vet school here in Perth, Australia – she tells me it’s hard.
I hope to come to Canada one day so that I can finally meet my pop-pop. I have never met him. I wonder if he will give me pats. Momma tells me that getting me home to Canada will be very expensive. She tells me that it will cost roughly $7000 to get me from Perth to Vancouver! This covers the cost of:
- Hiring a professional animal transport service
- Pre-travel vet inspection / health certificate
- Vaccinations
- Pet travel insurance
- Travel crate
- Multiple airline tickets and associated fees
- Ground transportation to the airport (I won't be traveling home with Momma)
- Import handling
- CFIA import permit
- CFIA airport inspection fee
- Customs clearance and broker fees
- Export fees

Since Shelby's got a 6-figure student loan as an international vet student, any help for my parents would be greatly appreciated! Any extra donations will contribute to pet insurance to keep me happy and healthy.
When I arrive to my new home in Canada, be sure to come by and give me pats. I'm super sweet and have a very entertaining personality and I promise I will make you laugh. Oh and bring BokChoy and Pears. Those are my favourite snacks!
