Im not sure how I ended up here, but here I am. A lot of you probably already know but I have been struggling with my health since 2018 and as of recently things have been getting a little scarier for me. It seems I’ve exhausted all avenues through my doctor and the specialist the only thing they will not grant me is a full body scan so I am forced to look outside of my doctor/coverage. I know the timing of this is horrible and if you can’t donate I 100% understand. Last year after a long battle with my doctors and care team I was diagnosed with MDA5 which is an autoimmune disorder and while I have become very familiar with this disease through reading and support groups i am now struggling with additional issues that only seem to be getting worse as im taking this immunosuppressant medication and my doctors seem to have stopped searching. I have now been denied by Stanford medical group twice and I didn’t know what else to do or where to turn, so here I am. These issues have now moved into my cognition and the lymph nodes around my body are becoming tender. I am hoping that whatever is going on is not major but I would like to have a full body MRI to be sure whatever is going on doesn’t continue to get worse. The original price of this scan is $2,499 but I have been given a $400 discount from someone who contacted me to bring the total down to &2099. It’s through Prenuvo . I would appreciate any help.
