East Anglian Air Ambulance

I am running the Blickling half marathon this October to raise money for this incredible charity, to say thank you for everything they did during the ordeal my family had to go through in 2022.

East Anglian Air Ambulance were the first emergency service that arrived to help my dad when he suffered a cardiac arrest. They were an amazing team who tried their best to save my dad, we can not thank them enough for how hard they worked.

I am raising money for this charity in hopes they can continue to help others when ambulances are not able to arrive as quickly. Please donate, I and the charity would very grateful, it really is a fantastic cause.

We receive no regular direct government funding and need over 12 million pounds each year to continue our work. Since launching in 2000 we have attended over 20,000 lifesaving missions, touching many lives. Our crew comprises specialist prehospital doctors and critical-care paramedics, operating out of two state-of-the-art helicopters from our Norwich and Cambridge bases.
