Dearest Family and Friends,
It is with a heavy heart and full of gratitude that I share the peaceful passing of our father, Mel Lima, on 12/12/21 in our home surrounded by family after a 2 year battle with cancer.
This man was an wonderfully funny human being, an amazing husband and father, a loving and actively involved grandfather, a great-grandfather, a teacher and father-figure to many. Our father helped many people build their life here never asking for anything in return. He comes from humble beginnings and his life was filled with challenges, adversity, triumphs, and most of all love and laughter…it truly is a beautiful story. He is remembered with infinite love and gratitude for who he was and all he did. He will be greatly missed.
