GETTING SOMETHING OFF MY CHEST

Hi my name is Izemrasen and I’m 25 years old trans masculine person. I came out as trans 8 years ago, but have been dealing with chest dysphoria for years before that and I have been waiting 6 years to be seen by the GIC, just to be told by them that they aren’t referring me yet for top surgery and the waiting list for top surgery is a minimum of 18 months. I can’t wait another two years to be seen. So by suggestion of a few of my friends I am opening a go fund me to get top surgery! Doing some research and seeing the results of past surgeries I’m looking at the London Transgender Clinic. Their price list says that with consultation and the actual surgery + aftercare it should be about £9,735. At the moment I’m unemployed, as trying to find accessible employment is difficult, let alone find places who are calm about hiring disabled people. But the moment I do I am saving up to be able to deal with aftercare costs as my disability is gonna make my recovery take a bit longer than is advertised. (I heal slow from cuts and injuries )I know with a living crisis going on it’s difficult so there is no pressure, but if you can share that would be extremely appreciated!
