Sophia's Medical Fund

My name is Lana Michalk and I am raising money for one of my employees. She has worked for me for 16 years. I have come to know her entire family and am very close to her 3 children. One of her daughters, Sophia, who is 3 years old is very ill. She has been diagnosed with pneumonia with a pleural effusion (fluid in lungs) and mononucleosis. She continues to run a high fever. She has been in the hospital for 9 days. The family does have insurance however; we feel that the out of pocket expense will be overwhelming. My employee must stay with her daughter in the hospital so she is unable to work. Any money raised will go directly to offset the medical expenses. We would be grateful for any contribution towards this cause. This is a young family. My employees husband just started his own business a year ago so that is why money is so tight. Again, no contribution is too small. Thank you for your consideration.
