Please help me to afford my fathers final expenses

Hello and God bless you all! my father passed away back on 10/08/2024 due to natural causes. He was on oxygen, he was diabetic and he was on insulin. Because of that he was also on disability. Unfortunately, he also did not have any life insurance. He was found deceased in his apartment in Nashville, Michigan on 10/11/2024. When he was discovered he was past the stage of rigor mortis and in a state of decomposition. It is because of this his cremation is costing more than "typical" cases. I am just trying to gather funds to help with the costs. it was nearly $400 just to get a ticket from San Antonio, Texas to Grand Rapids, Michigan just to get to his services. I'm still trying to help with the costs of his cremation and burial expenses. He is to be cremated then buried next to his father and mother in Vermontville, Michigan. He is currently at Daniel's Funeral Home in Nashville, Michigan. If you can help it would be greatly appreciated. if you can help by sharing that would be greatly appreciated as well.
