Cesar was a rescue as a puppy, he had Parvo and almost died one year ago. I being a Registered Veterinary Technician couldn't let him get put to sleep when he was brought in by his original owners... Cesar was placed in hospital for treatments for 2 weeks before getting better.  Cesar was up for adoption for quite some time when he had imprinted on me as his foster parent and he has been by my feet ever since.

He is just over one year and now he has torn his knee ligament and needs a TPLO to fix it. He is the BEST save I have ever made, he has the sweetest heart and I can't imagine life without him. His Surgery will be on October 23rd. Please help me help his kind soul, he deserves a chance in life and so far he has been given the short straw in such a short period of his little life....
