We have truly lost a Angel in Cesar.  His life was so beautiful and promising.  He had all the potential in the world.  Even at the age of 20 all Cesar did was make marks on peoples lives.  No one who came in contact with Cesar could deny the impact that he made on them.  Little kids looked up to him and everyone else loved everything about him.  We love you bro and will try to do everything we can to help your family through this tough time.
