Cesar Tercero Jr was coming home from work Thursday September 10th when he was involved in a horrible vehicle accident. He was hit by an 18-wheeler and injured very badly. He had to have surgery to fix both of his femurs , his pelvis and a part of his intestine. He has been in the ICU and is now being moved into a regular hospital bed. Cesar has a very long road to recovery. He works as a contract pumper in the oilfield so he will not be receiving any income as he goes through this difficult time of recovery and healing.
