Cesar was a great man, son, brother, cousin, friend, and over all, a great father! Girl dad! All those who had the pleasure of knowing or ever meeting Cesar, we are asking for your help and support during these hard times. The help received will go to his parents, to help with the funeral arrangements and memorial. I want to thank all of you in advance, every little bit counts and will be very much appreciated. 

Cesar had a big heart, and for those who knew him, we all can agree, he would have done anything he could, to help someone in need.

Cesar will be laid to rest on May 14th, 2020
