Cesar Emergency Surgery

I hate having to do this & ask for this, but the love of my life is in a fight for his life right now & is in need of emergency surgery for a bowel resection immediately. Hospitals here don’t work the same as in the US & we have to pay upfront, so we are asking for any help anyone would be willing to give & even if you’re not able to help donate, prayers would be appreciated as well.
