Hello, my name is Jeremy. Recently I found out I have a herniated disc between C4 and C5. This has left me with serious pain in my neck and very limited range of motion with no strength in my left arm. As I have managed to continue to work for the past several months with this, I found out today I will be going in for surgery on the 19th. This will leave me out of work for at least a month, if not longer. I am asking for help to continue to support my family, and pay bills while I am unable to work.
