Cervical Cancer! We fight together!

Hey everyone! My name is Jade and I’m fundraising for my beautiful sister-in-law, Amy Mayeux and my brother Steven Fontenot. Amy has been in our family for 10 years and she is like a sister to me.

Tuesday, September 5 she received the worst news imaginable. At just the age of 28, she was diagnosed with a Rare form of Cervical cancer that has spread to lungs, kidney and the spine. She is receiving treatment at Tulane Medical center. So far, she has had a biopsy Thursday September 7. On September 8 she had neck surgery in which they placed a rod and then fused the vertebrae c4-c7. This was to help with stabilization and reduce some pain that she is experiencing. Today, September 12, she was transferred to the ICU after she got diagnosed with Pulmonary emolism. She having a procedure today to hopefully remove the clot.

So, I am asking for any donations that will help ease their financial burden. This will help cover whether it be medical bills, place to stay for Steven while Amy is in ICU, food and anything else that they may need.
