Hi, my name is Paul Hegg. I'm a culinary artist, passionate about flavor combinations and using high-quality ingredients, homemade stocks and nourishing my community.

Thank you for your consideration in supporting my longtime dream of sharing my delicious and nutritious soups with anyone that can benefit in Central Oregon. The idea originated from my dream to reduce the number of hungry people living in the Central Oregon area: One for you, and one for your neighbor. Nourishing Central Oregon one bowl at a time.

Sharing these delicious and nutritious homemade soups, starting with Bend, Oregon, has always been a dream of mine. The number of hungry individuals in need of healthy food options has dramatically increased over the last several years and continues to rise daily. Using my culinary skills, whole vegetables, choice meats and lots of love, this venture is aiming to bring the community together and reduce the number of individuals facing food insecurity in the Central Oregon area.

Mission Statement: To combine culinary expertise and community engagement to offer high-quality, nutritious and delicious soups to the community, with a core value of helping feed our neighbors in need.

Vision Statement: To become the leading soup hub in Central Oregon, fostering local partnerships and community health. Creating a platform for neighbors to help support a neighbor in need by supplying soup at half price to patrons, which will be passed on to local hunger relief partners.
