A dear friend and her family lost everything in a house fire due to a house invasion. On 21 July 2022, a male assailant entered her home and attacked her husband and her elderly father. The assailant then proceeded to douse the house and one of the victims in gasoline with the intent of burning the house to the ground and killing all the victims. Due to the courageous first responders, they were able to escape the burning home with non-life threatening injuries. However, the house was a complete loss. My friend and her husband are in the hospital recovering from surgery. When they are released, they have nowhere to go. I want to show her and her family that love conquers all. I am hoping to raise some money so that they can start to recover their lives and have something less to worry about.
