Fuller's Gunshop Under Attack
Donation protected
Fuller's Gun Shop, owned by Paul Vandiver, has once again come under attack from the Meriwether County Government. For the past 6 or so years, Paul has been in a constant fight to stay in business. A little over 2 years ago he won what he thought was the case to end all, yet they continue to try different angles. It is my belief that the Meriwether County Zoning Board, along with a few well placed backers, are attempting to financially cripple Paul and his business with ongoing legal costs to force him to close. They are attempting to starve a local family and to close a business that has been a staple for guns and shooting for 30+ years.
Pauls previous battle in court has cost him dearly financially. I am asking for help from his customers, friends, and anyone who finds it in their heart to give, so we can keep the range open for public use. Any money raised from this campaign will go directly to Paul for legal expenses. At the present, the campaign is set at $35,000.00, which is what is currently owed in fees for representaion1. It is my hope that we can raise more than that to end this attack for good.
Feel free to reach out to Paul directly or to me with any questions you may have.
Please help us keep a local, family owned business open for years to come.
