Run for CEML Angola
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Joy Ogundare and I will be doing a half marathon on May 13 to raise money for CEML hospital in Angola, Africa. CEML is an awesome organization that is made up of medical professionals from around the world who provide medical care to the poorest people of Angola. I had the opportunity to visit Angola in August 2012 where I worked with the founder of the hospital, Dr. Stephen Foster. At the hospital, I learned so much about resourcefulness, compassionate care and the importance of serving the underserved. Moreover, I have the absolute honor of returning to Angola in August 2023 to do a one month long international rotation. In addition to working in the hospital, I am hoping to raise money for equipment and resources needed at CEML including a new oxygen generator, portable ultrasound, and water tanks. Every dollar raised by this fundraiser will go to CEML! Thank you in advance for supporting this wonderful organization, and for supporting me as I train for the big race!
