Celtica Radio

Hi, we're a group of broadcasters who passionately support New Music artists and writers. Our station has been operating for twenty-five years, run by volunteers. We hope that we can make Celtica Radio a viable business to support these talented musicians, songwriters and even authors, as we create original speech programming too.

Up until Covid we were able to raise enough money to pay for our yearly operational costs, but nothing further. So our members have worked to create original programming without any payment. Since Covid our income stream has diminished and over the last year, six of our most senior members who essentially own Celtica Radio have been funding those costs themselves.

Obviously, we can't go on like this, and we have found that the established media operators, including the advertising companies, have given us the impression that they want to keep us down. The members of our station want to continue being creative on our own terms rather than selling out or giving up.

Hence this fundraiser... All the money will be used to keep Celtica Radio operating and enable us to provide our unique service to creative people across the world.
