Celia Luperio de Carranza, Ojai CA age 70 unexpectedly passed away on December 26, 2018, with her husband Vicente Carranza of 50 years at her side. For those of you who knew Celia, you knew her as a sweet and hard-working woman who would never stop. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She leaves her husband Vicente Carranza and her two sons Juvenal and Abel Carranza. All donations will be given directly to help with the costs that come with the funeral.
It is a lofty goal, but every cent counts and takes some burden off of those most in pain and mourning.
