In Celebration of Neve Parlett

Neve Ciara Pearl Parlett, tragically suffered a very rare and catastrophic brain aneurysm and in the early hours of the morning, on Friday 12th March, sadly lost her precious life under the watchful eye of the incredible team in the ICU at the JR in Oxford and with her loving parents, Paul and Mary and her brother Lewis, by her side.

Neve was only 11 years of age, but she put more fun, laughter, energy and sassiness into those 11 years, than most do in an entire life time!

Neve was a popular girl with many wonderful friends, she was a fantastic younger sister to Lewis, a remarkable cousin to Leon, Ryan, Cameron, Yasmin, Isla and Ayda. She was a beautiful and loving niece to Stuart, James, Lou, Will and Sue and a perfect granddaughter to Gale, John, Linda and Philip.

The void that Neve's passing has left is incomprehensible, she was adored by so many, and loved by everyone who met her. That's why it's only right that we ensure that all those who have a place for Neve in their hearts will have a place to go to think, reflect, laugh and cry; but importantly a place to remember Neve. 

This page has been set up with an aim to raise funds for some beautiful remembrance benches for Neve, which will be located in a few of her favourite places, and to help support the family during the most horrific time. Furthermore, these past few devastating  days have been made a little more bearable due to the incredible support and work of Helen and Douglas House Hospice, who have supported Mary, Paul and Lewis and all the family during such a difficult time. Therefore, it would mean a lot to be able to give back to this incredible charity too and enable them to support future families in their darkest of days when losing a young child.

Neve's light will forever shine bright and her memory will live on forever through all those who were blessed to have Neve in their lives.
