It is with deep sorrow that we share the sudden passing of Carleta Harry-Diaz on November 19th, 2019. She was diagnosed with a condition that affected her heart in a matter of days and left us at only 34 years old. Carleta was beloved by all who knew her and her life was defined by kindness, compassion, humor and grace. She was a dedicated worker at YWCA in Brooklyn, daughter, sister, a dedicated wife to Soid Diaz, and mother to her pride and joy, her 10 month old, Wynter. 


In this moment of incomprehensible grief we’d like to extend our support and assist with the financial challenges Carleta’s family now face. Please help us raise $40,000 in honor of Carleta’s memory. May her legacy live on in all of us.
