Gabriel Aguilar remains a loving son, husband, father, grandfather,brother, and friend within the hearts and minds of his loved ones. He unexpectedly passed away at the age of 48 due to complications of the heart while on vacation in Tijuana, Mexico.
Our father was filled with exuberance, lighting up every room he stepped into. He possessed the uncanny ability to ignite discussions with his sharp quips and sarcasm, and then ease those around him with his love and compassion. He was a die-hard Notre Dame fan and embodied the spirit of The Fighting Irish. His impassioned personality and love for family is unparalleled, and that love will continue to live on through all those he crossed paths with.
This unexpected tragedy has left our family trying to figure out how to achieve a proper burial for our father. The funding will go towards all costs associated with returning our father back home in Los Angeles, as well as the funeral expenses, and supporting our family during this difficult time.
We appreciate your love and support, together our family will persevere just as our father taught us to.
