Celebration Of Life for Wendy Nicholson

Dearest friends and family members,

It is with a heavy heart that we let you know that our Mum: Wendy Jane Nicholson passed away peacefully on 18th August 2021, due to heart failure.

We would love for you to join us at the memorial which will be held at the crematorium. Dates are to be confirmed once Mum is in Arnold’s care.

Some of you have reached out and asked how you can help us during this time. Know that your kindness is much appreciated as we navigate this heartbreaking moment. We kindly ask, if you are able to, to donate funds towards the funeral service.

Mum thought she had arranged a life insurance lump sum to cover her funeral and other costs but the small print says they only return your premiums plus 50% if you die within 2 years. She died two days short of receiving her expected lump sum.

This amounts to about £500. Dad is self employed but isn’t working at the moment as he had a heart attack and surgery four weeks ago and he doesn’t qualify for any assistance at all.

As you can imagine we hope to carry out all of Mum’s final wishes. Donations can be sent to go fund me or we can transfer on accordingly.
