Funeral and Celebration of life for Tangina

On Friday, February 18th, 2022, at 9:11 PM, my little sister Tangina tragically passed away at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. She was young and so full of aspirations it caught every one of us completely off guard. We still do not know the cause of her death; she was always in excellent health. Our family is completely devastated at the moment, and my mother is suffering more than anyone would deserve.

 

We plan to have a small private funeral service here in New York for friends and family. Then in April, we want to hold a "Celebration of Life" event/gathering for her in North Carolina so that more people can come by and show their love and support. Unfortunately, like many younger people, my sister did not have life insurance, so we will be handling all expenses out of our pockets. We're looking at well over $12,000 for the funeral + expenses for a 1-day service. Then the cost of her "Celebration of Life" event will be on top of that.
