Hi everyone my name is Katie Puopolo and my grandmother Sandy, Tracy Puopolo and Richard Boardman’s mom, unfortunately passed away on April 17, 2024 after a long fight with heart disease, diabetes and COPD. Her whole life was all about giving back to other people, as she was a home health aid and the rock of our entire family. The only request she had was that our family and close friends get together and celebrate her beautiful life. My nana had to pay for both of her children’s services and didnt have much left to leave us for her services. We appreciate and are so grateful for any and all donations. ❤️ Thank You
