Celebration of Life - Luis Torres (Sr.)

Our beloved father recently passed away on March 14th, 2021. My father, Luis Torres Sr., was a wonderful person who touched the lives of everyone around him.
My Dad dedicated his life to being a family man. He was always around friends and family and the times that he wasn't, he was always checking up on them. Bringing everyone together, even for the smallest of occasions, would make him so happy and was his favorite thing to be able to grill and make food for everyone. No matter what, he was always there for me and my sister Aliyah. Regardless of how busy we were in our lives, he consistently made sure we were okay and pushing us to do our best.
I wanted to create this GoFundMe because many of my Dad's friends and family were asking for a way to contribute and help out. Any and all of the donations will go to cover the cost of the funeral and services.
As you would expect, this came as such a surprise and is heartbreaking to even have to go through this process. We appreciate everyone who has reached out and sent their condolences. It makes us happy to see how many peoples' lives he has touched.
