Celebration of life for Kim Reid

Those of us who knew Kim Reid, loved her. Loved her soul, her spirit, her creativity, her wit and humor, her loyalty, her kindness and generosity, her mama bear energy and the love that she had for her girl , Indigo and her dog .  Kim was all of this and more.
We know how much she struggled. Kim was open about her mental health struggles and she was open about how she tried to medicate that struggle.
On October 1, 2020, Kim lost her struggle with her mental health. Her chosen family, her daughter, her family, and all who ever came into contact with Kim will miss her presence. That sweet smirk and laugh that always cheered you up. Her quote of the days, her clever comebacks and her non politically correct thoughts that had you laughing so hard , you thought you may pee your pants! Her beautiful artwork will be her legacy. 
Sadly, Kim was not financially stable and now Indigo is faced with financial challenges to do the unimaginable and cover bills for cremation and take care of Kim’s constant companion, her little Bella May ...for Kim was southern at heart...ROLL TIDE! 

Please help Indigo ...who is devastated by the loss of her only parent days before her 28th birthday. Indigo is facing financial challenges that she never expected and right now during Covid...its never been harder. Let’s honor Kim by helping the two beings that she loved the most...Indigo and Bella May. RIP UNCLE KIMMY...WE WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU!  

We have selected Ruth Sharrettes as the beneficiary of these funds. She is a dear friend of Kim's and an Auntie to Indigo. She is in direct communication with Indigo and Kim's family on how best to use these funds.
