Celebration of Life for John Brockman

It’s with great sorrow that we announce the Celebration of Life for John Brockman/JB/Boomer at the Community Center in Steamboat Springs on January 21st from 2-6.

JB was born Oct. 14th 1958 in Lake City Florida. Upon, graduation he served 3 yrs with the US Army, which he’s always been proud of.

After his serve, he made his way to Steamboat in the early 80’s.

He worked at the Shack, Horizons, Tugboat and Yampa Valley Medical Center, where he has worked for the past 30 years. JB started in the dietary department there and moved on to many others, retiring a year ago from Plant Operations. His years there will forever be in the hearts who worked with him directly or not. ‘Man oh man’

Brockman loved Steamboat, skiing, kayaking, biking, camping, music, but above all he loved his friends and family.

All funds raised will go to his Celebration of Life. Any excess funds will go to his nieces.
