Celebration of Life for Jason

Monday afternoon, I received a call from my Aunt telling me my Father was in the hospital and in critical condition.. Couldn’t breathe on his own and no pulse and I was in complete disbelief... I immediately headed to the hospital and seen him, in a coma and fighting for his life. Days later they informed us that he had no brain function and his organs are failing.... and then i was informed that his medical insurance was denied..

Alfonzia Jason Moore (Aug. 18, 1971)  was such a beautiful spirited person, he loved the Raiders, Lakers, and reading his BOOKS! He survived by many friends, family and loved ones. He has three children; Marlene 24, Jayson 20, and Kailah 5.. He aslso has 2 grand children Rylee and Jayden. And a brother and sister Paul and Michele. And his loving mother Marlene Michele Moore 75.
