Celebration of life for David Filmer

We the family of David Filmer are asking for help from our friends & family. Unfortunately on Dec. 10th David was asked to go home quick and unexpectedly.

David was a handsome 50yrs old. Born in abq with two loving parents David & Dorothy alongside two brothers Bryan and Jason. He was a free spirit and a bit wild at times but always brought a smile where ever he was. He has two beautiful children, 1 step up daughter, 9 grandchildren, and many nieces an nephews. Covered in tattoos, ridding bikes, relaxation fishing, joys in tinkering around taking things apart and crafting something new always with his endless crafts. Like anyone else in life he had a rough bit in his life but turned it around spending the last days making sure to make the damn best of it. His day came too soon for us to see him leave. Unfortunately with times it is hard to send him off the way we'd like. We don't want much and nothing big just to be able to cremate him, bring him home, and have a celebration of his wonderful life.
