Chris Bidwell was a big-hearted, kind, and goofy soul who brought joy to everyone he met. He was always willing to lend a hand and made friends wherever he went. So many of us have countless memories with Chris, and I know this celebration of life will be a special opportunity for everyone to come together, share stories, and remember the light he brought into our lives.
I’m starting this GoFundMe to help fund the celebration of life for Chris. We’re planning to rent out a VFW hall, provide drinks and some food, and decorate the space to reflect the warmth and fun that Chris brought to every gathering. If enough is raised, we’ll be able to provide plenty of food and drinks for everyone, but we may also ask guests to bring a dish to share. We’re also hoping to include some outdoor games, unless those can be donated by friends.
Chris was a light that we never thought could be diminished, and this gathering will give us all a chance to remember the good times and support each other. Many of us couldn’t make it to Colorado on short notice, so let’s come together locally to celebrate his life. Any support you can offer—whether it’s a donation or simply sharing this page—will help us honor Chris in the way he deserves.
