Celebration of Carol Woodruff

Our friend Carol Woodruff spent a lifetime helping others, as a staff member for the Church, as a staff member at the Applied Scholastics International Training Center, as a volunteer in human rights groups, and as a donor to the cause of religious freedom.

As a friend, brand new or of 40 years standing, she always had something wonderful to give to us, whether our own situations were difficult or joyous. She always made things better, wherever she was.

 

Now, many friends have expressed a desire to help with her memorial service.

To include everyone who wants to be involved, (and some are far away and won’t be able to attend) we have opened this Go Fund Me site.


Instead of making a general donation, name a specific area, below, that appeals to you, and contribute any amount you wish. That area then becomes in some part, yours. All participation is welcome. These are the areas that need funding:

Photos made into a poster and prints                         

Programs designed and printed

Suitable presentation created for memorabilia

Flower arrangements professionally made for the stage, and around the room

Musicians booked

Refreshments provided after the service for a large crowd

 

This memorial service will now be the creation of many loving hands, not just a few, and we can  return to Carol some of the enthusiasm and care we’ve had from her over the years.
