On February 28, 2022, we lost our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend, Debra Dyer DuGuay.  

This wonderful woman was a healer and mentor to so many people.  She lit up every room she entered with her smile and her laughter.  

Mom's passion was helping others.  She did this through her work as a reiki master teacher, aromatherapist, occupational therapist, teacher, and sponsor.  In her free time, she liked to read, draw and write.  She loved animals, especially her two cats, Mama and Little One.  An ocean lover, her favorite destinations for walks by the surf were York Beach, Maine and the marginal way in Ogunquit.

She will be dearly and deeply missed by all who knew her.  

In addition to the memorial service, we will throw mom a fabulous party with music and dancing for all who knew her.  She would want us to celebrate her life.  

We will also purchase a bench placard for her at one of her favorite New England beach destinations.  

And a celebration of life memorial book for her featuring her writings, drawings and photographs is also in the works.
