Hi, my name is Tara Kupchak, and I'm organizing this fundraiser on behalf of Kira's family and all those who loved Kira Pipoli. Kira was my brother Christopher's longtime girlfriend and childhood sweetheart, but more than that, she was like a sister to Trisha and me. For years, she was a part of our home, our daily lives, our family. Her presence was a gift, and her loss is one we're still struggling to understand.

Kira passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, July 26, 2025, leaving behind a wave of heartbreak, love, and beautiful memories. She was just 26 years old. She was a sweet, kind, and easygoing soul who had a way of making anyone feel welcome and cared for. Kira was someone who could get along with everyone; she had a softness to her spirit that instantly put people at ease.

Kira had a huge heart for animals and dreamed of becoming a veterinarian one day. She loved every creature like family — she had many pets, including reptiles, cats, guinea pigs, but especially loved Chip and Dale, Zeppelin and Stevie, our family dogs, who she adored like they were her own. She was always ready to lend a hand, watching the dogs and always willing to help my lingerie business. She loved clothing and being creative with us. She would always cheer us on or jump in and help with a smile. She wasn’t just there — she was involved, invested, and always full of love.

We take comfort in believing that Kira is now in heaven, reunited with all the beloved pets she has lost over the years - surrounded by unconditional love, just as she gave in life.

We’re raising funds to help cover the cost of Kira’s funeral and a celebration of life that honours the amazing young woman she was. Every donation, no matter the size, will help ease the financial burden on her family during this incredibly difficult time.

If we surpass our goal, any remaining funds will be donated in Kira’s name to the local animal shelter — a cause she held close to her heart.
