Celebrating the Life of Elvis “Mama” Morgan
Donation protected
Elvis Morgan, lovingly known as “Mama” and “Auntie Rikkie,” was a vibrant soul who touched everyone she met. As a mother of five, she was the heart of our family, always welcoming others into her home and sharing her wisdom and laughter. Born on December 22, 1971, and transitioning on May 19, 2025, my mom was only 54 years old, but her impact was immeasurable. She was beautiful, with unforgettable eyes, and her love for God and people was evident in everything she did. Her strength was unmatched—she faced 16 years on dialysis with courage, humor, and faith, often reminding us, “He gives his toughest battles to his strongest soldiers.”
My mom’s home was a sanctuary for many, a place where everyone felt loved and learned important life lessons. She was confident, outspoken, and always genuine, never afraid to share her thoughts. Her favorite color was purple, and she brought joy and light to every room she entered. Her laughter and presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
We are raising funds to give my mom the beautiful farewell she deserves. Her celebration, “50 Shades of Purple,” will be held on our family’s land, Sunchild Stables, on Saturday, May 31st, at 12:30pm (4079 Post Rd, Winston, GA). We invite everyone to wear all white or any shade of purple in her honor. Your support will help us cover the funeral service expenses and allow us to celebrate her life and legacy surrounded by those she loved. Thank you for helping us honor Ms. Rikkie’s memory and for being part of her story.
