Celebrating the Life of Dionisio Rossi
Donation protected
On September 18th, our good friend and colleague, Dionisio Rossi, or “Rossi” as he was known to most, unexpectedly passed away in his home. Rossi was a loving husband to Maria, a cherished father to Edoardo, Ellen and son-in-law, Eric, and a trusted friend and coworker at Miller Glass & Glazing in Pompano Beach, FL. Rossi was an employee of Miller Glass for over 18 years and his son “Eddie” worked along his side for most of those years.
Fortunately for those of us that had the privilege of working with Rossi, he became a father to all of us as well. Before leaving each day, he would go throughout the office and tell everyone “good night.” If any of us seemed down, he’d place his arms around our shoulders and asked if we were doing okay or if anything was wrong. And as the company “dad,” he’d be the one manning the grill during any barbecue or outing. He had a lifetime of experience in our industry and freely shared his knowledge with anyone that asked. He wasn’t nice to us because of obligation … but rather it was his nature. He loved life and those around him and it showed. We will truly miss him.
To show our appreciation for Rossi and his family, we’ve started this GoFundMe page. If you knew Rossi, we ask that you’d join us in helping Rossi’s family any way that you can. No gift is too small and anything that you give will be passed on to Rossi’s family to help with the funeral costs and future expenses.
