My name is Meda Stiles and with a heavy heart I’m sharing that my dad, David Lee Stiles, has passed away. We want to honor him with a beautiful celebration of life that reflects the love, strength, and legacy he leaves behind.

My dad lived an extraordinary life. From Hawaii to Ethiopia, he collected stories and experiences that shaped him into the man we knew and loved. He fell in love with my mom and embraced her culture as his own, helping her family gain citizenship and supporting them as they built a new life in America. He raised seven children and loved each of us fiercely.

He worked nights for years as a respiratory therapist, always providing for us and saving the lives of many.

My dad gave every one of us a special goodbye in his own way. Even after passing, he made sure we knew he was still with us — in small signs, touches, and moments of peace. He was never a quiet man, and even in silence, he made his presence known.

We are raising funds to give him the celebration of life he deserves — one filled with love, family, and the memories he gave us. Any contribution helps more than we can say, and even sharing this page means the world.
