With heavy hearts, we share the passing of our beloved Damaris Rios-Solano. Damaris was a beautiful soul, full of life, love, laughter, and compassion. She was a peacemaker, a great listener, and someone who always showed up for her family and friends. Her laughter was loud and contagious, and her spirit was colorful, kind, and unforgettable. Damaris was a devoted wife, loving step-mom, and cherished godmother, in addition to being a daughter, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, cousin, and friend. Family meant everything to her, and she poured her heart into the people she loved. She gave selflessly, offered thoughtful advice when asked, and brought comfort simply by being present. Her love for all things colorful-glitter, sparkles, shopping, tattoos, fairies, butterflies, Broadway shows, dinners at Capital Grille, and most of all, spending time with her family, beautifully reflected her vibrant and loving personality.

Her passing has left a profound emptiness in our hearts. While we grieve deeply, we also celebrate the beautiful life of Damaris and give thanks to God for the time we were blessed to share with her. This GoFundMe has been created to support a meaningful celebration of life that honors her faith, her love, and the legacy she leaves behind.
