On Saturday, July 26, 2025, our beloved Christopher Roosevelt Lewis —affectionately known as Chris, C-Kitty, or Coot—tragically passed away.

Christopher had been suffering from severe headaches, and despite his strength, the pain became too much to bear. His sudden passing has left an unfulfillable void in the hearts of his family, friends, and everyone blessed to know him.

Chris was known for his radiant smile, generous spirit, and boundless energy. He never hesitated to lend a hand, crack a joke, or share love with those around him. Whether it was his passion for animals, cars, or simply showing up for his family, Christopher lived with a full heart.

Now, we ask that same spirit of giving be returned in his honor. Any amount—no matter how big or small—will help us lay Chris to rest in the way he deserves. He will be laid to rest beside his beloved brother Donchell “Tank” Thomas, who preceded him in death.

Let’s send Chris off with the love and dignity he gave so freely in life. Thank you for your prayers, your support, and for helping us match his energy one last time.

All proceeds will go directly to the Lewis family for funeral and burial expenses.
