Hi, My name is Caroline. I am helping my niece Samantha and my nephew Shane, raise funds for the funeral of their beloved mother Chrissie Cruise.

Chrissie left us on August 3rd 2025. Chrissie was an amazing Sister, Mother, Grand-Mother and friend. She touched so many lives of people around her. She is survived by her daughter Samantha, her son Shane and her 2 grand-children Amelia and Daniel .

Chrissie spent her life making sure her children were taken care of, helping anyone she could around her, and being the person you truly counted yourself lucky to have in your life. Anyone Chrissie met, she left a positive and lasting impression. Her kindness, unmatched humour, and strength had a lasting impact, and we will miss her every day.

We are all heartbroken over Chrissie’s passing and were unprepared for the expense of a funeral service. We want to give her the memorial she deserves—a meaningful goodbye surrounded by the people she loved. The funeral expenses are high. We have to find a way to pay for the cremation, bills left behind, an urn, and funeral home-related services and expenses. Any remaining funds will help ensure her children and grand-children can grieve without financial burdens.

We are actively fundraising to pay for these funeral related expenses and must raise funds by August 15th in order to have her remains released to the family and proceed with her service.
