My name is Tracee Wade. I am heartbroken to share the passing of my beloved grandma, Bertha Harris. She was born 5/25/23 and passed on 4/11/26. She was 102 years old. She believed that you were never too old to learn. She proved that by getting her Master's degree in Theology and a Master's degree in Sacred Studies by the age of 98. She loved to garden, do word puzzles and spending time with her family. She passed away at home surrounded by family. She was very active in her community in her younger years, and slowed down as she got older. She meant so much to our family and everyone who knew her, and we want to honor her with a beautiful memorial service that reflects the love she gave so freely.
