It is with the heaviest heart that I share the passing of my beloved mother, who most of you know as Barbara. She was not only a mother, but a grandmother, a friend, and a guiding light to all who knew her. Her love was unconditional, her kindness endless, and her presence a comfort to so many.

As many of you know, my mom faced incredible challenges this past year. She survived a heart attack, underwent a leg amputation, and lived with an LVAD to help her heart function. Despite the pain and the obstacles, she remained strong, resilient, and full of love for her family.

On 8/10/25, my mother gained her wings. Now our family faces the heartbreaking task of planning her funeral and honoring her memory the way she deserves.

We are asking for any help—no matter how small—to give my mom the beautiful farewell she deserves. Your kindness and generosity will help us cover these expenses and allow us to focus on grieving and celebrating her life.
