Celebrating the life Of Andrew Rehm
On December 24th we lost: a friend, a father, a son, a brother, a leader, a muse and in many cases the glue that may hold our circle together; we lost Andrew.
This fundraiser is for those that would like to contribute to the costs associated with his passing as well as gatherings we are planning. It will help both his birth and chosen families honor, put to rest, celebrate his life and share with others what he meant to us. His extended family will be having a private memorial, but knowing Andrew touched so many people, we are working on a celebration sometime around his birthday in February for which will be open to everyone.
The funds will:
- be handled by Jason (his oldest brother)
- help cover the costs for cremation, memorial and Celebration of Life
- any remaining donations will go into the fund for his daughter Taylor.

Passion Roots

Love is a temporary madness.
It erupts like an earthquake and then subsides. And when it subsides you have to make a decision. You have to work out whether your roots have become so entwined together that it is inconceivable that you should ever part. Because this is what love is.
Love is not breathlessness, it is not excitement, it is not the promulgation of promises of eternal passion. That is just being "in love" which any of us can convince ourselves we are.
Love itself is what is left over when being in love has burned away, and this is both an art and a fortunate accident. Roots that grew towards each other underground, and when all the pretty blossom had fallen from our branches we found that we were one tree and not two.
