After many years of dedicated service, our incredible Chief Pharmacist, Alison, is moving on from the Birmingham Women’s & Children’s NHS Foundation Trust Pharmacy Department.

Throughout her leadership, she has been at the heart of our pharmacy service - guiding us with wisdom, kindness, and an unwavering belief in people’s potential. She built a culture grounded in empowerment, collaboration, and trust - a place where every voice mattered and every idea had the chance to grow.

Her legacy isn’t just the services she transformed, but the people she inspired along the way. From mentoring new pharmacists to championing innovation across the Trust, Alison leaves behind a team that is stronger, more confident, and more united because of her.
