Tamie Maynard was pure light — full of love, laughter, and a fierce devotion to the people she cherished most. In June, Tamie was diagnosed with stage IV stomach cancer, and from that moment on, she faced her illness with extraordinary grace, strength, and dignity. A true warrior, she pursued chemotherapy and immunotherapy with determination, advocating for herself every step of the way and seeking any test or treatment that could improve her quality of life.

Above all else, Tamie was fighting to stay here for her beloved granddaughter Santana, her daughter Nicole, their new family puppy Rocsi, and the countless friends and family members who meant the world to her. Her love for others was deep, unwavering, and felt by everyone lucky enough to know her.

Tamie was the heart of her family and a bright light to so many. We are coming together to honor her life, her laughter, and the immense love she shared with all of us. Funds raised will go toward Tamie’s funeral and celebration of life, helping ensure she is remembered in a way that truly reflects the incredible woman she was.
