In Loving Memory of Shawn Robert Saenz

Hi, my name is LaRae, and I’m reaching out to you with a heavy heart as we navigate the loss of my beloved brother, Shawn Robert Saenz. Shawn was more than a brother to me—he was a light in our family, always ready to make us smile, lift us up, and bring us together. He touched so many lives with his warmth, kindness, and infectious joy.

Shawn was a husband, son, brother, uncle, grandfather and a godfather who loved deeply. He brought endless laughter to family dinners, joy to game nights of bingo, and love to everyone he encountered. His presence made every moment brighter, and his memory will forever live in our hearts. Shawn’s love for his family, especially his dad, was extraordinary—he was truly the rock we all leaned on.

We are now coming together to honor Shawn’s life and legacy, and any support during this difficult time is deeply appreciated as we plan his memorial and help his wife, Catherine, and our family through the next steps.

Shawn was a proud alumni of both St. Viator’s and Bishop Gorman High School. He also had a successful 19- year career as a Realtor.
