I was a daddy’s girl and did everything with my dad, Shawn Ferron. From fishing trips and building a desk out of scrap wood, to playing video games, watching movies, and listening to music together, he was always there for me. Shawn loved his grandchildren deeply and was the kind of person who would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. His grandson said, 'Grandpa Shawn was the best grandpa I could have and I wish he wasn’t taken from me.'

Shawn sadly passed away on April 27th, 2026. Losing him has left a huge hole in our hearts and our lives. We are now facing the difficult task of honoring his memory with a celebration of life, while also managing some unpaid bills that have added to our stress during this time. The funds raised will help us cover these memorial expenses and bills, allowing us to focus on remembering Shawn and supporting each other as a family.
